Step 1: Download and install Samsung Kies on your Windows
Computer. In case Samsung Kies is already installed then skip this step.
Step 2: Download the Samsung
Galaxy S Advance root files on your computer.
Step 3: Now, using USB data cable copy the download .zip file
your device MicroSD memory.

Step 4: Now, Switch off your phone.
Step 5: After switching-off the phone, you need to boot into Stock
Recovery Mode. To boot into Recovery mode Press and hold Volume Up Key, Home
Button and Power key at same time for 5-8 seconds until recovery
mode is active.
Step 6: In the recovery Mode, select Apply Update from External
Storage (Volume Up-Down Button to Navigate, Power Button to Select).
Step 7: On the next screen you will be able to see the root.zip
file. Simply Navigate to the root.zip file using Volume Up-Down Key and Select
it using Power Key.
Step 8: Now, it will ask you to confirm the update. Simply Select Yes.
After this Update will be applied on your device.
Step 9: Once Update is finished, Go Back to the Main Recovery Menu
and Select Reboot Now.
Step 10: Now your Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 is Rooted. To
check whether your phone is rooted correctly, open Applications Menu, there you
will be able to see a new app installed, called SuperSU. If this app
exist then it means you have successfully rooted your device.
